Policy:

Only if products arrive damaged or your order was not correct. NO RETURNS on sale items or custom orders. If your order is not delivered please contact USPS first then contact me if any problems arise, usually around peak season deliveries tend to be misdelivered. Please allow 24 hours for me to response to your emails. Please allow 3-5 days for packages to arrive. If you are overseas please understand the time it takes to arrive in your country, I would say anywhere from 3 weeks to 1 month.

NO EXCHANGES are accepted but please contact me if you have any worries or problems with your order.

The following items cannot be returned:

*custom or personalized orders

*digital downloads

*items on sale

 

Custom orders:

There is a 50% deposit fee for when I get you inquiry, if you decide to cancel your order this deposit is not refunded.

Custom order prices are because you're buying the right for that artwork if it's a logo design. 

I do not claim stickers are waterproof or weather proof unless specifically stated on the item in the description notes.

Invalid reasons for return:

*buyer no longer wants the items

*buyer finds item cheaper somewhere else

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee to cover credit card refunds.

IF MY ADDRESS IS WRONG CAN I CHANGE IT?

If your order has not been processed and/or shipped then no. If you catch it earlier enough then yes.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT ORDERS?

So if it is a product I have on hand then I try to get it out the as soon as it is placed or next day. If ordered before 12pm MST then it will be that same day. If the order is custom or pre-ordered please allow a little more time, I will always keep the pre-ordered items updates on my Instagram @hopeworldshop32

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR MISPLACED?

Unfortunately I am not responsible for lost or misplaced goods. That would be on USPS.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED?

If the package was delivered as damaged then it is out of my hands but if the package is fine and the product is damaged then please contact me by email or Instagram.
